"These ppl are crooks and liars! My mother and i just switched policies and we were shocked talking to a new representative. They canceled my insurance after i paid 6 months in advance. I called after receiving a letter and was told that the insurance was never canceled and made it seem like they were making changes to my benefit. Then i received a 70$ charge that was listed a reinstatement fee. When i asked the lady about it (Elizabeth) she let me know the fee was for adding my gf to my policy which made no sense. Today my new representative let me know she flat out lied and will be issuing us a refund. This is just one of the issues. Another is my daughter is listed under my moms umbrella policy after we asked numerours times to get my daughter off all my moms insurance. They cant even set are policies for 6 month intervals. Shame on you and that goes to you also mike, you completly lost control of this office and should be ashamed!!!!!!!! Btw we were at this office for 20 years and never had an issue"

"I have been with The Mike Richards agency for many many years now and it has always been top shelf service. And today was another example of how great their service is. I purchased a vehicle today and I called the agency and spoke Elizabeth Linde. I explained to her that I needed to add a vehicle to my policy, provided her with all the vehicle information and within a matter of 15 minutes, the vehicle was quoted. It was approved by me added to the policy and I had an email with a copy of my new insurance cards as well as the binder that I needed to send to the dealer to complete the sale.
