"Being at the age of 70, I have dealt with quite a few different insurance companies, in my lifetime. This office understands about quality customer service as it is great service every time we have called or been in the office. I have done my due diligence in shopping around for better insurance rates due to the skyrocketing prices all over Florida. I got the best deal from Mike Richards State farm. He is a very congenial individual and owner and very caring person. You can tell that he really cares about his clients. The agents in this office are always quick and eager to help out, in any way possible, whether on the phone or in person. The whole staff there is amazing. Miss Ruth is always so eager to help out when she answers the phone. Whenever Belis or Shayra answer the phone, or in person even if I'm not listed as their client, they're always eager to help as much as possible. They always sound like they are so happy to hear from me. You can hear it in their voices that they are doing it with a smile on their faces. I have dealt with Amy, the most, with our policies. She takes the time and puts in the effort to help us get the best deal for all of our insurance needs."

"Very good experience all around so far. When shopping for a new insurance provider, I called and stopped by this office and got exactly what I was looking for and for a much better price than my previous provider. The office staff was friendly and helpful when they sold me the policy and continued to be so afterwards when I had to make a policy change to one of my vehicles. (Thanks Amy)"

"So unprofessional. I've been a loyal customer for years and the headaches I've dealt with the last few months is unreal. I've had policies change unannounced and I've been lied to so many times it's uncanny! What a shame."

"Piggybacking on another review. 26 years with State Farm. Since 1994. Home and Auto. 25 of which were very well handled. The last 15 months, headache after headache. Polices not correct. Policy number changed resulting in the State of Fl threatening to cancel all my registrations. Had to take a day off to fix. Incorrect coverage on one car. Last straw. Wanted to move my son to a different vehicle to charge a higher rate. Not even a thank you when I said I was transferring to another company. I'm saving $68 a month at Geico."

"I’ve been a loyal State Farm customer for the past 10 years and after today I will never insure with anyone else. Lara Henschel has assisted me since the day I walked thru the office doors at age 17 to insure my 1st car. And today when an auto glass company completely botched a rock chip repair to the windscreen of my brand new BMW, she had another company calling to set an appointment less than 5 minutes of getting off the phone with her. I never leave reviews online, but I’m posting this everywhere on the internet. Whether it’s a beat up 1995 Pontiac or a 2017 BMW, Lara has always gone above and beyond for me and I would just like to acknowledge that since it’s so rare these days. So if you’re looking for insurance in Clermont, I could not give a stronger recommendation."

"Worst customer service from Mike and his staff.. Lack of respect especially after my husband passed away from Cancer... After working with State Farm through other agencies for over 25 years, I no longer insure through them. I guess loyalty means nothing to State Farm... ob25 years and loyalty to State Farm means nothing to them."

"Mike himself is a nice, hard working guy. He handled my transfer to Florida like a professional, but his office staff have never been friendly (and this has proven true on MULTIPLE occasions). Out of three employees I have spoken with, only one (Lara/Laura?) has been polite. It is unfortunate that anytime I call to ask a question, I am given an attitude. From time to time I consider the hassle of changing to another agent versus the agitation of dealing with the staff. The offices are clean, plenty of parking."
